Jumeirah Residences on Al Maryah Island is branded by Jumeirah. Hilton Residences Al Raha offers one to four bedroom apartments and three to five bedroom townhouses on the Al Raha shoreline. Stellar by Elie Saab on Yas Island offers garden villas and signature apartments. All three carry a hospitality or fashion brand.
How to check a developer
Ask what the developer has completed and handed over, visit finished buildings if there are any, read the SPA for delay and assignment terms, and confirm that payments go into an escrow account.
Brand partner and developer
The brand partner sets the service and design standard, but the developer builds and delivers the project. Assess both separately.
