The range runs from one bedroom apartments up to five bedroom penthouses, with two, three and four bedroom apartments in between. Which layouts are still available depends on the release, so ask for the current availability list.
How to read a plan
Check the internal area and the terrace area separately, the position of the living room relative to the terrace, the number of bathrooms, and where the kitchen sits. The developer describes floating terraces and sky-high gardens, so the terrace is worth studying.
Floor and orientation
On a waterfront island the same layout can have very different views depending on floor and which side of the tower it faces. Ask which direction the unit faces, and for off-plan units, what the master plan shows in front of the building.
What to request
Ask for the unit's floor plan, the schedule of finishes, the parking allocation and the storage allocation. Keep these with your Sales and Purchase Agreement.
