Four Seasons Private Residences Abu Dhabi at Saadiyat Beach is a gated community on the first shoreline of Saadiyat Beach on Saadiyat Island. It is a standalone villa community with beach mansions, suites and penthouses, not a residential tower, and the Four Seasons announcement gives a 2029 handover.
The four collections
The villas are grouped into four collections: Golf, Garden, Sea and Royal. Homes are five and six bedroom villas, beach mansions, suites and penthouses, so this is a project for buyers who want a very large private home, not for someone looking for an apartment.
Who develops it
ALAIN, an Abu Dhabi asset management company, announced the project with Four Seasons. That is different from the Saadiyat projects by Aldar, such as Nobu Residences and Mandarin Oriental Residences, so compare each developer's own completed projects.
How it compares on Saadiyat
Nobu Residences is a small collection of 88 homes on the beachfront at Mamsha Al Saadiyat, and Mandarin Oriental Residences is in the Saadiyat Cultural District with one to four bedroom apartments and five bedroom penthouses. If you want an apartment, look at those two; if you want a private villa or beach mansion, Four Seasons is the one.
