How the island's projects are researched, and what we leave out.
Al Maryah Island has only four residential projects in our directory, so it is possible to research each one properly. This page explains how we do that, what the sources say and do not say, and where a buyer should begin.
Where the facts come from
For each project we use the developer's own website and announcements, and named press sources. That gives us the developer, the brand partner, the home types and, where published, sizes and handover information. It is the same record that feeds the project pages.
What is not published
Jumeirah Residences and W Residences have not published prices in the sources we reviewed, so this site does not show any. Al Maryah Vista publishes a project starting price and a size range; Al Maryah Vista 2 publishes a launch handover date that should be re-confirmed.
Where to start
If you want the overview, read the Al Maryah Island buying page and the island guide. If you have a project in mind, go to its page, and then ask AD Residences to request current availability.
How this differs from a portal
A portal lists whatever is advertised. This site is organised by project, so you can compare like with like, and it says plainly when a fact is missing. Ask us to fill a gap and we will request the information from the developer.
